I saw him today at the Rescue. That picture doesn’t do the puppy justice. He was incredibly beautiful and sweet. I think he thinks he is a lap dog.

Meet Bellatrix, even though she prefers just Bella. 🐈‍⬛

This lady is 9 years old and the sweetest girl with a bit of a sad story. She came to the shelter after her person passed away. She did not like the shelter and wasn't eating and losing weight quickly. She went home with one of our staff and her weight has stabilized. She is very loved, but needs a home where her person is home more often than not. She loves attention and will climb onto your lab to get affection. She "chats" back at you when you talk to her. She uses clay litter and has never had an accident in the months she's been with her foster. She is eating kitten dry food and prefers the bisque pouches or squeeze tubes to pate. She also enjoys the creamy shreds from fancy feast.

She would prefer to be your only feline companion, but can handle one other friend if you introduce them very slowly.

At night she will curl up by your side or feet once she is comfortable in her environment.

Please give us a call at 873-2430 to schedule an appointment to meet Bella. We will be scheduling meets with her on Wednesday, July 28th so her foster can bring her in and answer any questions or concerns you may have about her. Please help us find this sweet older lady a forever home.

Adoption fees for all cats ages 1 year+ will be $20 for the rest of July.
